1- MEHDI does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of products.

2- MEHDI does not offer a “refund” or “Charge Back” on purchased items.

3- If you persist that you have a query please send us pictures of that item to +92 334 5778282 within 48 Hours after order delivery. Team MEHDI will look at each query on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair for our valuable clients.

4- MEHDI uses all the reputed courier companies for order delivery which will be paid by the clients.

5- Team MEHDI makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly. Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during photo shoot, your device display settings or printing quality of catalog or inlay cards.
